| HOW DO I LOCATE MY STUDENT, ALUMNI, AND FACULTY DISCOUNT? |

Students, alumni, and faculty receive discounted ticket prices for general admission. Discount codes for faculty are AS_faculty code and students are AS_student lunch code. The alumni discount code can be found on the alumni portal. |
| WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RESERVED AND GENERAL SEATING? |
|
Reserved seating is located in the front half of the theatre. We reserve this area for families and friends of the performers to have a premium view of the performance. The ticket price of reserved seating is higher than that of general admission. |
| HOW DO I ACCESS MY TICKET? |
| Your ticket will be emailed to you after purchase. You may either bring a printed copy of your ticket or pull it up on your smartphone for entry. |
| What entrance do I use to access the Theatre? |
|
Please enter campus from the South Entrance off of Granny White Pike. The theatre is located in the upper school and may be accessed through doors under the Duncan Bell Tower near the Main Entrance. |
| ARE accesSible parking spaces available? |
|
Yes! There are accessible and disabled parking spaces near the main entrance doors and located along the side of the building. |
| WHEN DO DOORS OPEN? |
|
Doors open thirty minutes before the production start time. Please note, that seating in the theatre commons is very limited. We advise arriving as doors open if standing is an inconvenience or concern for you or your guests. |
| WILL THERE BE CONCESSIONS? |
|
For most performances in the theatre, candy concessions are offered in the commons before the show and during intermission. Please note that only cash is accepted for concession sales. The BA Store will also be open during most performances. Grab your BA gear before you grab a seat! Cash and credit/debit card transactions are accepted. |
| AM I ABLE TO BRING CONCESSIONS INTO THE THEATRE? |
| Yes! You may bring any concessions purchased at BA into the theatre. The only outside drink allowed into the theatre will be water. |
| CAN I RECORD VIDEO OR TAKE PHOTOS OF THE PERFORMANCE? |
| For all theater performances, recording of any kind is strictly prohibited. For all other performances, please follow the guidelines given in any pre-show announcements. |
