Resilience

Failure, disappointment and struggle are natural experiences. Bob Goff‘s recent Instagram post reminds us that with every negative encounter in life, there is opportunity for growth. Part of that growth for teenagers is building resiliency. Parents and educators can work together to help children strengthen the resiliency muscle.
