During the presentation on prioritizing health, students were encouraged to…

  • Try to consistently sleep for 8-10 hours at night
  • Lessen sugar and caffeine intake if they are struggling with focus
  • Take breaks from screens and limit time using screens
  • Practice coping skills to get their brain ready to receive the information they are studying and to manage everyday stress
