Greetings from Brentwood Academy! We are grateful for your interest in our students and our school and look forward to hosting you this calendar year. Having served on the college admissions side, we know your time is valuable, and we are committed to doing our best to accommodate you in your travels through the Nashville area.

Our students are anxious to hear about the exciting opportunities your institution can afford them. From admissions trends and majors to building projects and extracurricular activities, the information you share is invaluable. It is because of you that we can be of better service to our students, and for this reason among many others, we value the chance to build and develop relationships with you. Scheduling a Visit to BA

We look forward to welcoming you to our new College Counseling Suite and presentation space!  In hopes of accommodating as many college representatives as possible, we will be hosting both in-person and virtual visits at Brentwood Academy.

BA operates on a modified block academic schedule with most classes meeting every other day for 90 minutes. College representatives may visit Brentwood Academy during the following times: Monday - Thursday, 7:45, 9:55, 11:30 and on Fridays 8:15, 9:55, 11:30. Our visits take place at the start of our academic blocks and are limited to 20-30 minutes to ensure students don't miss too much valuable class time. If you would like to discuss applicants to your school, please allow for an additional 10 minutes to your scheduled time.  Visits are reserved for juniors and seniors only. Please know that some of these appointments could shift slightly due to an altered school schedule or the busy week of fairs in Nashville (September 12-16, 2022)

Admission Counselors can use Scoir to sign up for college visits for the 2022-2023 school year at Brentwood Academy. If for some reason you can’t find a time that works in your schedule and still want to visit BA, please contact our College Counseling Assistant, Jaye Goodman and she will do her best to accommodate you.

Once you schedule your visit through Scoir, we ask that you email Jaye_Goodman@brentwoodacademy.com to indicate how you plan to visit – whether it be in person or via our virtual platform. When we confirm your visit in Scoir, if you choose the virtual platform, we will post the link for you to have access at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Directions

    • If arriving from the north or south on I-65, take Exit 74B at Old Hickory Blvd. Head west toward Brentwood on Old Hickory Blvd. Turn left on Granny White Pike. You will pass traffic lights at Maryland Way and Virginia Way before coming upon the Upper School on your right. Drive past the front of the Upper School before turning into campus at the south entrance. Please note you must enter at the stone marker labeled Brentwood Academy South Entrance to avoid heading to our Middle School. Upon entering campus, park in any available spot close to our flag pole and Bell Tower. Enter through the doors to the left of the Duncan School Tower that have Brentwood Academy above them. Please check in with the receptionist at the Welcome Desk. She will direct you to the College Counseling Office.
    • If arriving from the east on I-40, take I-440 West to I-65 South. Exit on I-65 at 74B onto Old Hickory Blvd. Head west toward Brentwood on Old Hickory Blvd. Turn left on Granny White Pike.     There are numerous restaurants in the Brentwood/Franklin area that are convenient to both BA and the Cool Springs
    Galleria. The restaurants listed below are within fifteen minutes of BA’s campus. Please call us if you need directions!
