Boys Upper School
The boys varsity squad captured the team victory over Central Magnet in a tiebreaker. Sean Smith was the difference in breaking the tie as the team’s 6th runner. Individually, the varsity Eagles were led by Cayden Durrough’s 7th place finish. The JV squads also competed admirably and were led by Blake Lance and Kerrigan Clayton respectively.
The boys varsity finished 7th among 47 teams and was led by the 7th place finish of Cayden Durrough. Joshua Allen, Solomon Smith, Alexander Lorenz, AJ Bussard, Harrison Chapman, and Sean Smith also had strong varsity races for the Eagle harriers. The boys JV placed 10th with Eli Smith’s 22nd place finish leading the way.
The varsity boys team won the silver division over a field of 15 teams from across the state. Cayden Durrough took the individual win for the Eagles. The JV boys also competed in the silver race and were led by the 73rd place finish of Sam Widmaier.
The Louisville meet hosted over 50 schools from across Kentucky in addition to the neighboring states of Tennessee, Virginia, and Ohio. The varsity boys team was paced by Cayden Durrough’s 27th place finish. The team finished 22nd out of 57 teams in the invitational race. The JV boys were led by Sam Widmaier who placed 120th out of 420 runners.
The boys' varsity finished in 3rd place, led by Cayden Durrough who finished 13th individually out of 359 runners.
The 5th place eagle harriers were led by Cayden Durrough's 3rd place finish. Also completing for the eagles were Solomon Smith (24th), Sean Smith (32nd), Alexander Lorenz (38th), Joshua Allen (39th), Harrison Chapman (63rd) and Parker Massey (67th).
