FINE ARTS

What is it like to pursue fine arts as a  Brentwood Academy student?

Each student has unique God-given abilities and talents.  We are committed to helping students discover and develop those gifts to their fullest potential.

We offer more than 30 performance and visual arts opportunities for both middle school and upper school students at BA.

With multiple performances and showcases within each branch of the fine arts department annually, students are able to train, progress, and flourish in their chosen discipline.

1 PETER 4:10 (NIV; BA THEME VERSE 2001-2002)

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.

MATT NYGREN, FINE ARTS DIRECTOR

“When you put that in the framework of being ministerial, we’re changing lives. This gift of music from God is probably one of his most profound gifts to mankind, an element of natural revelation. I love to be part of this God-centered mission, specifically being able to teach band, getting to share God’s profound gift of music with our students in this Christ-centered setting.”
