Partnering: Mission & Ministry

Annual Fund

Brentwood Academy’s long-range plan continues to invest in essential elements of our mission and ministry to nurture and challenge each whole person to the glory of God.

Annual Fund support sends a clear message to our students that we place a high philanthropic value on their education, bringing us all together for an eternal purpose.

Ways to Give

  • Annual Giving

When you give to the Brentwood Academy Annual Fund, you partner with our teachers and coaches as they weave Christian principles into the fabric of academics, arts and athletics. Because the cost of educating a student is not fully covered by tuition, your support of the Annual Fund underwrites a portion of the operating budget that brings the school's mission and ministry to life. For more information, contact Andi Holbrook, 615-724-1102.

  • Capital Giving

Capital gifts to Brentwood Academy leave a lasting legacy for current and future students by strengthening the delivery of our programs and advancing the ongoing fulfillment of the BA mission. In recent years, Capital gifts made by our many generous donors have included renovations to the Science Labs, Dining Hall, Upper School Common Spaces, Theatre, Upper School Gymnasium, Stadium, and Track and Field. For more information, contact Andi Holbrook, 615-724-1102.

  • Endowment

A strong endowment helps provide financial longevity in support of students, faculty, staff, and programs. Increasing the endowment is an important financial objectives of the school so its annual income can more strongly support the priorities of BA. Endowed funds may be created with current gifts or planned gifts like bequests, charitable trusts or remainders of retirement funds. A donor may add to existing funds or may consider creating a new fund to honor a family member, faculty member or other specific individual. For more information, contact Ray Mullican '80, 615-523-0623.

  • Alumni Garden

Alumni names inscribed on the brick pathway of the Alumni Garden serve as a focal point for this beautiful spot on the campus. For a contribution of $300, you can support the Brentwood Academy Endowment Fund and reserve your brick in the Alumni Garden.
