Girls Golf Off To A Hot Start

GIRLS GOLF ON ITS WAY TO AN HISTORIC SEASON

For the first time in many years, Brentwood Academy has established a girls golf program of more than 1 individual golfer, and has already competed in 2 Invitational tournaments for this 2022 season.

On July 25th, senior Rachel Thornton, and Junior Brooke Ball, played in the Harpeth Hills Invitational at Harpeth Hills Golf Club.  Rachel led the Eagles with a 18 hole score of 91, while Brooke was not far behind with a 95.  Just a few days later, Rachel and Brooke were joined by fellow Varsity 8th grader, Henley Johnson, as they went to Indian Hills Golf Course to Play in the I-24 Invitational golf tournament.   Rachel Thornton again led the Eagles with a score of 89, Brooke Ball shot another 95 and Henley Johnson finished with a 101.

With many more matches and tournaments coming up in the next 8 weeks, Brentwood Academy Girls Golf is well underway for a historic season.
