In addition to the programs and classes available, Christian Life at Brentwood Academy involves the classroom, the playing field, the band room, and the hallways.

We believe that everything is spiritual and that Jesus Christ gives everything purpose. Every faculty and staff member has a personal and growing relationship with Christ. While the religious beliefs of each student will be respected, the school will continuously teach biblical truths and values.

We are passionate about Christian Life at BA because of the opportunity to sow small seeds that can transform a student’s life. Our hope is that Christian Life extends beyond a course, or a chapel, but is something that reflects a real, personal relationship with Jesus, and is lived out in our daily lives.

I am challenged academically by my teachers through a wide variety of learning styles. Teachers are always there to help give guidance and assistance and they are there rooting for us to succeed. They are always willing to give up their own time so that we can have confidence in what we learn so that we can apply it to our everyday lives.

Chapel provides an opportunity to gather as a community to worship and to learn more about God's word through messages from faculty, students, and outside speakers.

SERVICE

Students at BA put into practice what they learn about valuing and caring for others through service opportunities. Students participate in Joe Campbell Service Day, service projects as advisory groups, and support our school-wide service partner, A Door to Hope.

BA's school counselor is available and ready to respond as students have need. Mrs. Hall is committed and passionate about offering assistance to BA students and families, alongside with her trusty side-kick, Winston, the BA Facility Dog.

WAYS WE ENGAGE OUR FAITH

STUDENT OPPORTUNITIES

Students are in God's word every morning at BA. Weekly, students participate in chapel, engaging with important devotions and topics. Additionally, students can partake in Bible studies, student-led worship nights, and more.

BA DADS

BA Dads provides opportunities throughout the year for dads to connect with each other for fellowship, fun, and service. On Friday mornings at BA, dads gather on campus for fellowship and a time of devotion. There are also many opportunities for volunteering, service, and community building.

MOMS BIBLE STUDIES

At BA, we believe that being in God's word as a community is important. Mom’s Bible Studies are an opportunity for moms to build relationships while also exploring the story of the Bible and what it means to follow Jesus.
SPIRIT

OUR STUDENTS PURSUE JESUS

The school year begins with a retreat where Seniors choose the theme verse to set the tone for their final year. Our programming is designed to support students' pursuit of a relationship with Jesus. This is supported by Bible Studies, worship nights, and opportunities to share devotions with upper school and middle school students.
