ROBYNE KENNEDY

Robyne is entering her 17th year as our BA Dance Director and has taught dance in middle Tennessee for 23 years. Apart from teaching dance classes, she is director of the acclaimed Brentwood Academy Dancers, BA’s competitive dance group. With 8 TSSAA state titles and 9 national championships, Robyne produces excellence in dancers that far exceeds the high school level. Many of the dancers coached, led, and mentored by Robyne continue to strong collegiate dance programs across the country.

Robyne’s expertise lies in building strong programs and developing equally strong dancers, both physically and emotionally. Her passion is recognizing dancers’ goals and dreams, training them for success, and watching them reach their full potential.

She is a mom to two boys, Jackson (6th grade) and Colton (3rd grade).

ERIN NASH

Erin Nash currently is the dance assistant at Brentwood Academy. As a dance coach at Brentwood Academy, she has won 9 National Championships and 8 State Championships. She is a graduate from The University of Tennessee where she majored in Exercise Science and earned a Bachelor of Science in Education degree. She was on the nationally-ranked University of Tennessee Dance Team, where she holds two National Championships.

Erin was recognized as one of the Top Ten Girls on Season Two of the popular Fox Television show “So You Think You Can Dance” and has appeared on the CMT Awards Show, CMA Awards Show, BET Gospel Celebration, and The CeCe Winans DVD. Erin was featured in ESPN’s Monday Night Football Commercials with Hank Williams Jr. and has appeared in music videos with Old Dominion, Gloriana, Leann Rimes, Royal Tailor, and John Michael Montgomery. She has performed with other artists such as Luke Bryan, Big and Rich, Neal McCoy, Billy Gilman, and Alvin Love.
