TRUE COLLEGE PREPAREDNESS BEGINS
LONG BEFORE SENIOR YEAR

Led by an experienced, dedicated, and student-focused team, our college counseling program is rooted in the foundation of nurturing and challenging each student as they prepare for their next steps beyond BA – to the glory of God. Our counseling curriculum is shaped by four guiding principles: cultivating a highly individualized process, empowering students to confidently lead, serving a wide range of student aspirations, and creating a culture to celebrate everyone’s success and God-given talents.

PREPARING STUDENTS FOR SUCCESS

BA College Counseling supports the college selection journey beginning in 8th grade and continuing through graduation. We offer programs to encourage intentional self-reflection, hold in-depth one-on-one meetings, host a vast array of colleges and universities from around the world on campus each year, connect students to BA alumni, and introduce parents to helpful resources in supporting their students’ post-graduation pursuits. College Counseling at BA strives to create an environment where students will be inspired to take charge of their futures.

College Counseling also leads the Student Ambassadors, a select group of students embodying the ideals of Brentwood Academy and representing the institution as official hosts and hostesses to the greater Nashville community. The goal is to nurture strong relationships between prospective families, alumni, donors, and community members. This is accomplished through events and programming that foster opportunities for students to demonstrate support for the school.

Brentwood Academy is honored to have the following schools serving on our College Advisory Board. This two-year commitment allows BA to get feedback from Admission Deans and Directors from colleges and universities across the country to ensure students' success at the collegiate level.
