Choose one of the following activities for the FIRST QUARTER (Fall-1):

GIRLS' PHYSICAL EDUCATION*

Girls’ Off-season Agility Strength and Conditioning: For all athletes not participating in a fall team sport but who will participate in a winter and/or spring team sport.

Girls’ PE: For girls not participating in any team sports during the school year.

Girls’ Academy Dancers: This fine arts program qualifies for PE credits (The team has already been selected).

Girls’ Football Cheer: The team has already been selected.

Girls’ Volleyball: The team has already been selected.

Girls’ Tennis: Tryouts are required. This is a spring sport but practice is allowed during the fall and winter to those participating on the team.

Girls’ Cross Country: No tryout is required.

Girls’ Soccer: The team has already been selected.

Girls’ Swimming: No tryout is required. This is a three-quarter P.E. commitment. Practice begins day after Labor Day. Off-season strength and conditioning is required before Labor Day.

Girls’ Football Film Crew and Managers. A limited number of students (boys and girls) will be allowed this option for P.E. credit. Students must have an invitation extended to them in order to be allowed to participate.

Girls’ Golf: The team has already been selected.

BOYS' PHYSICAL EDUCATION*

Boys' Off-season Agility Strength and Conditioning: For all athletes not participating in a fall team sport but who will participate in a winter and/or spring team sport

Boys' P.E: For boys not participating on any team sport during the school year

Boys' Football: 9-12 grade. This includes all football players grades 9-12. In addition this P.E. will include a limited number of students acting as film crew and managers who have an express invitation to participate in this P.E

Boys' Tennis: Tryouts are required. This is a spring sport but practice is allowed during the fall and winter to those participating on the team

Boys' Cross Country: No tryout is required

Boys' GNASH Hockey: Participation in this recreational league qualifies as P.E. for the first second and third quarters. Though not a Brentwood Academy team the league assigns teams by high school. Brentwood Academy players have historically participated on a co-operative team with players from one or two other private schools
