Registration Day

REGISTRATION DAY, AUGUST 7 2023

Attending Registration Day on Monday, August 7 is REQUIRED.

Registration Day is held from:
6:30 AM to 1:15 PM.

Please check your student's registration time and enter through the Fine Arts lobby.

EARLY ARRIVAL: Arrival time is between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM by request only. This time is for parents who must get to work immediately following registration. If you fall in this category and your student is unable to come during their grades assigned time, please email Amari Brown to confirm your request.

**It is very important to show up during your assigned time slot. If you have students in more than one grade, you have the flexibility to choose one of your students’ arrival time slots for your family. If your student is unable to make their assigned time slot, he or she will need to arrive between 11:55 AM and 12:45 PM.

KEY INFORMATION

SENIORS: COLLEGE COUNSELING

All Seniors (Students Only) are required to attend a College Counseling meeting in the Theater that will begin at 10:55 AM, one hour prior to their registration arrival time slot. The meeting will be dismissed at 11:50 AM for Seniors to begin their registration process.

YEARBOOK PICTURES

Yearbook pictures will be taken on Registration Day. Students are required to wear their BA uniform and follow dress code rules. (Seniors may wear Hawaiian shirts per BA tradition).

BOOK PURCHASING

After purchasing books (while still in the US Gym), students will have the opportunity to put their name on the bottom of their books and put them in their lockers, so they are ready for the first day of school.

CAMPUS STORE

Be sure to visit our new and improved BA Campus Store (located in front of the Upper School Office) to buy all your Eagles gear and BA spirit wear!

IF YOU MISS REGISTRATION

Attending registration is REQUIRED. However, if there are circumstances that will cause your student to miss registration, please email Jason Oggs to discuss alternative arrangements.
